Jun asks Jin to stay inside no matter what while she goes out to fight the beast. One night, they are paid a visit by an unknown demon, the Ancient Ogre. She has been training Jin to help him control his anger and use his power for the better good.

The storyline nearly follows the storyline of the third Tekken game that was released in 1997. Tekken: Bloodline‘s story takes place between Tekken 2 and Tekken 3 as Jin Kazama trains under his mother on a remote island. Tekken: Bloodline follows Jin Kazama as he enters the King of Iron Fist tournament in a bid to lure the Ogre who killed his mother Jun Kazama.
